Delivery, Refunds, and Security
Mainland UK Delivery

DELIVERY is £4.95 per order, FREE delivery for orders over £100
​
If you live inside mainland UK, depending on what you order, your order will be delivered with either DPD or Royal Mail.
​
Larger orders will be sent with DPD, whilst smaller and lighter parcels are sent with Royal Mail.
​
All of our orders are tracked until they reach your home and Royal Mail items are to be signed for.
​
Delivery times can vary, however we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days from the day the order is made.
​
During busy periods, such as Christmas, our delivery times may take a little longer

Returns
If you would simply like to return your order for a refund, please notify us in writing by emailing us at:
You must do this within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please note, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we do not provide free returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.

All returns must be sent back to us in the same way that you received them, in their original packaging to prevent any damages in transit.

Faulty Items
In the case of an item arriving damaged/faulty then please contact us directly at hello@indie-house.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Photographs will be required to enable us to see the damage, once the situation has been assessed we will be able to proceed with either a replacement item or a full item refund.

Please note that all items are fully checked before postage and will always be packaged well to minimise damage at all costs.

Here at Indie House, our website uses the highest levels of security to ensure that your information is protected. When you make a payment with us SSL technology encrypts any sensitive information, this means that it cannot be read by anyone or anything else- other than the secure server that is being used to process the payment.

At Indie House we respect all of our customer’s privacy, and we are very serious to ensure that we protect it. Your information will never be provided to any 3rd parties, we will only ever use your email address to send you updates on your orders or to keep you informed of any offers you may be interested in. If at any point you would like your contact details to be removed from our website, please send us an email and we will do so immediately. Payment details are never stored.
